Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before project initiation.
• Once work has started, cancellation requests will not qualify for a refund.
• Refunds
• Refunds are not applicable once project work has commenced.
• In exceptional cases, partial credits or adjustments may be offered at Vshark’s discretion
• Adjustments & Revisions
• Minor corrections within the agreed scope will be provided at no additional cost.
• Any revisions or requirements beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
• Non-Delivery / Force Majeure
• If Vshark cannot deliver services due to uncontrollable factors, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis, after deducting applicable expenses.
