Terms & Conditions

• Scope of Services
• All services will be provided strictly as outlined in the quotation shared with the client.
• Any changes or additional requirements will be subject to revised pricing and extended timelines.
• Turnaround Time
• Standard estimated delivery is 5 business days from the date of receiving all required inputs.
• Delays may occur if inputs, approvals, or parts are not provided on time.
• Client Responsibilities
• Clients must provide all required data, specifications, and approvals promptly.
• If physical parts are required, they must be shipped to Vshark at the client’s expense unless agreed otherwise.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring the legality of the designs shared with Vshark.
• Confidentiality
• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the project.
• Vshark may showcase general project outcomes for portfolio purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.
• Liability
• While we take utmost care in delivering accurate results, Vshark will not be liable for delays, non-performance, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, regulatory changes).
• In all cases, our liability is limited to the value of the services rendered.
• Shipping & Logistics
• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the project.
• Shipping costs for sending parts to and from Vshark shall be borne by the client unless specified otherwise in writing.
